It was impressed upon me recently the power of the tongue and how blessing and cursing are in it. Well, then I came across this video, which goes further in explaining how that works. Many curses and blessings are embedded in our everyday language. What a fascinating thing. You can also visit part two and part three.

This is an interesting read . You can also listen to it. For those aspiring to be pastors, this may be helpful. I've heard many pastors say God will stop them in their progress or turn them around at some point and redirect them in a way that is bewildering. Maybe this explains why. Psalm 121

Psalm 121 is powerful. I claim it (among others) every day for a friend and her family. I believe her family is under attack, and this is a Psalm of deliverance. It could be God has me at this position and point in time in order to blanket them with prayers. I don't know, but I feel a tremendous urge to pray them almost constantly. If God has someone on your mind, it's probably because He wants you to pray about them. Listen closely to how He wants you to proceed instead of having your own agenda.
